Neat, good-sized room with good WiFi, a washing machine, a main double bedroom, incredible location. Nice and courteous staff overall.

Convenient access to subway and metro. Rooftop terrace with city views. Clean and nicely furnished apartment with towels provided. Separate toilets for big groups.

No complimentary toiletries as advertised. Two singles beds in the patio were odd.

Handy location, excellent facilities such as a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, great value...

i can't recommend highly enough to friends and not only. the apartment is beautiful and excellent just off innere stadt, metro and restaurants and the main bus terminal. location is great and fantastic, at a walking distance from viennese coffeehouses. in fact, the property is situated in the old town. courteous staff knows how to make your stay such great. the rooms are with king size bed and big.

Great apartment with plenty of space for a group of friends. the three big bedrooms and extra beds in the living room were perfect for accommodating all of us. the rooftop terrace provided a lovely view and was a great spot for relaxing and enjoying meals together. the location was also ideal, being close to popular attractions and a bustling market.

Some maintenance issues were present, such as worn-down rooftop furniture and a few lightbulbs not working on the terrace. the lack of clear instructions for key access upon arrival was inconvenient, especially for international travelers.

I loved the apartment although some things didn't work.

Everything was good.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of Innere Stadt. The flat was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the proximity to a grocery shop, Spar. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfortable accommodations.

Altogether a very good choice in a particularly good setting. Tidy and warm rooms, all with sofa. Easy check in and very polite and affable staff❤

Staff were polite and courteous and provided lots of recommendations. We spent 2 nights in there and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I recently stayed at Urban Flats and was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and modern amenities of the flat. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the nearest train station and the city center. Check-in was hassle-free, and even in the winter, the room was always warm and cozy. The airport bus shuttle was conveniently located at the end of the street, making travel to the airport a breeze.

I recommend this hotel.

I stayed at a great hotel in Vienna recently and was really impressed with the value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished.
